#6 DVD Video, A side of a small 32 Roadster Pedal car
From Lazze Inc.
This new Lazze video shows you how to make a side of a ‘32 Ford Roadster that’s 3’ x 2’ in size to be used as a sign or wall display.
Over the years, many people have asked me the same question, “Can you show me how to build a car body? “ The answer is, “Yes, I can!” But, before we can build a car body we need to know how to use the Metal Shaping Tools, Machines, and Templates, etc.
It’s the same for everything we must learn; we need to understand how to walk before we can run. For this reason, to be able to make a small ‘32 Roadster sign 3’x 1’ will be a good project to do before you undertake the task of building a complete car body. In this video, you will learn how to start from scratch with a fiberglass body as a template. Lazze will show you, step-by-step, how to do the layout for the project; the templates and how to get the right size of the sheet before you can cut the panel. He will also show you, step-by-step, how to construct the whole side of the pedal car using the English Wheel, Beadroller and the Shrinker/Stretcher. The same principles, taught on this video, are used by Lazze to build a full-size car body or any other project in sheet metal.
No Templates,Layouts or dimensions are included.
This video is #6 in the collection, Lazze’s Technique in Metal Shaping Video Series. Let Lazze share his experience with you to help you develop the skill required to be a Master Metal Shaper.
