Here is the solution, we developed a Bead Roller that's different from all the other on the market, this machine is especially designed to meet your needs to produce the beads you want in a short time, with No limits you can have over Six thousand different profiles on a sheet of steel or aluminum by using only 20 pairs of dies ! The Bead roller comes with 10 pairs of dies and we pick the one we using most.

Totally we have over 32 pairs of dies.
Construction in heavy gauge steel and with unique adjusting of the upper shaft in and out of totally 1" 11/16" or 42mm.

This enables us to mix-match a lots of different pairs of dies together and have access up to 10 thousands of different profiles, easy and quick !

Better quality and time saver is what we offer you, both are important for everybody who does Metal Shaping/forming.

The Bead Roller also has variable speed from 0 to 17 rpm, forward and back ratio with a foot pedal, we using a Quality Baldor 1/2 Hp motor and gearbox, which means it’s very powerful and that you have both your hands free to control the sheet.
The machine is very easy to use and to change the dies is done in seconds, and to figure out the combinations of dies, that gives you the right profile on the bead takes a few minutes with the 150 Page Instruction Manual book how to use the bead roller, that comes with the machine, which has over 248 different combinations of dies from 20 pairs of dies, totally we offer 32 different pairs, The Bead roller comes with 10 pairs of dies.
